Flying High...

On Thursday, I flew to San Diego and back for The IHRSA (health and fitness related) conference. Not the most comfortable flyer in the world, I didn't sleep well in the nights leading up to this all-day excursion. Yet, my co-workers were a lot of fun to travel with and it was one of the most calm day in the friendly skies that I could have asked for (thank you, Jesus!). I was only a little pale after take-off, but I loosened my death grip on the arm chair handles long enough to take this photo.
